Here at Physical Therapy of Woburn, we understand that people are trying to survive with everchanging work schedules, remote learning schedules, and general overall uncertainty.
That's why we have implemented flexible scheduling and have added staff to provide coverage for patients that need to come in earlier than scheduled or later than scheduled. Sometimes these changes happen within a moments notice, and we understand that. PTW will never charge you a co-pay for cancelling last minute. EVER. We will do whatever we can to make your coming to physical therapy as comfortable and as stress free as possible. If you have a tough time making co-pays, we can adjust them. You should NEVER have to chose between your family's needs and paying for your health.
